Not satisfied with your purchase? If you’d like to return your item for a refund, we’ve got you covered! Our return process is simple and straightforward.


• Just download and complete the Returns form, and include it with your returned item.

You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to send back your jewelry. Please make sure the item is in its original, unused condition to be eligible for a return. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.


The following situations are not eligible for a full refund:

• If your order failed to arrive due to reasons under your control (e.g., incorrect shipping details).
• If delays or issues occurred beyond our control (such as customs issues or natural events).
