When you order on weekdays before 22:30 PM, we ship your order the same day.

Unfortunately, it can happen that your package is delivered damaged. In such cases, you can report this on our contact page within 48 hours. After this period, it is no longer possible to claim any damages. We recommend taking photos of the packaging for any damaged packages!

All WALA products are crafted from stainless steel, which is an alloy of steel and chromium. This material offers the strength, durability, and functionality of steel.

To find your ring size, wrap a piece of string around your finger and mark the spot where the two ends meet. Measure the length with a ruler and compare it with the size guide below to find your nearest ring size. If your ring size is in between two measurements, we recommend going with the larger size. If you are unable to find your ring size with this method, many local jewellery shops will be happy to measure your finger for free.

We currently offer rings in sizes EU 50, 52, 54, 56, 58 and 60 (suject to different products).

The warranty applies to all items purchased directly from WALA AMSTERDAM and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.

The warranty period for WALA AMSTERDAM Sterling Silver & Diamond Jewelry is five (5) years from the date of purchase, while Handbags and Accessories are covered for one (1) year. During the warranty period, if an item is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal usage, WALA AMSTERDAM will offer a like-for-like replacement at no cost. If your specific model is unavailable, a comparable item of equal value or similar style will be provided. Any replacement will fall under the same warranty period as the original purchase.

Please reach out to WALA AMSTERDAM initially to identify the issue and find the most suitable solution. Please be aware that the warranty will be voided if a valid proof of purchase is not provided.

Orders may be cancelled within one hour of payment. After this time, orders must be received and returned for a full refund.
